Who will become the poker champion of Spain? The final stage of the anniversary CEP 2026 season will take place in Girona The anniversary CEP season will conclude at Perelada Castle In 2026, the Campeonato de España de Poker (CEP) by PokerStars celebrates its 20th anniversary. The final stage of this season will be held at a unique location — Casino Perelada, situated in a historic 14th-century castle in Girona, Spain. The final CEP Perelada festival kicks off on November 25 and runs through November 29, promising a packed schedule for poker fans. The main event of the series is the No Limit Hold'em Main Event with a €500 buy-in. The tournament is designed for a wide range of players, and its structure includes several starting days (flights), allowing participants to choose the most convenient time to join the battle for the title of Spanish champion. How to enter the Main Event: schedule and satellites Although the main festival begins on November 25, players can qualify for the Main Event in advance by winning a seat through satellites — special tournaments with a small buy-in where tickets to the main event are up for grabs. On November 23 at 18:00 CET, Casino Perelada will host a satellite with a €115 buy-in. On the same day, November 23, Casino Barcelona will hold a similar satellite at 21:00 CET. On November 24, Casino Barcelona will host another satellite with a €60 buy-in, also awarding tickets to the CEP Perelada Main Event. It starts at 21:00 CET. The first of four Main Event starting flights (€500) will take place at Casino Barcelona (Day 1a). Players who make it through this flight will need to travel to Girona on November 28 to continue competing on Day 2. All other starting days and additional series tournaments will be held directly at Casino Perelada from November 25 to 29, starting at 18:00 CET. Online satellites: a chance to get to CEP Perelada with minimal investment For those who prefer online qualification, PokerStars Spain offers a series of satellites starting from just €5. From November 7 to 21, daily qualification stages are held: Satellites to CEP Perelada start at 19:05, 20:05, 20:45, and 21:15 CET. Winners of these tournaments receive tickets to the final €50 satellite, which starts at 22:05 CET. The final satellite guarantees at least two Main Event (€500) tickets from Monday to Saturday and five tickets on Sundays. This way, even with minimal expenses, players have a chance to compete for the main trophy of the anniversary season. Who is leading the race for the Spanish champion title? Over five completed CEP stages in 2026, nearly 6,000 entries have been registered in the series' main events. This makes the season one of the most successful in the championship's history.
